1Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Clickraft subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Here's what happens when you cancel:
- Access to paid features continues until the end of your billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- Your account reverts to a free tier (if available) after the period ends
- Your content and data remain accessible according to our retention policy
Annual Plans: Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the entire year. If you cancel an annual subscription, you retain access until the end of the 12-month period but are not entitled to a partial refund.
2Refund Eligibility
General Policy: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service.
We may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances:
- Technical issues preventing service use for an extended period
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Service not delivered as described
- New users within 7 days of first subscription (case-by-case)
Note: If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Use, you are not entitled to a refund for remaining subscription time or unused credits.
3Credit Purchases
Credits are non-refundable. This includes:
- One-time credit pack purchases
- Credits included with subscription plans
- Bonus or promotional credits
Unused credits do not carry over between billing periods unless explicitly stated in your subscription plan. We recommend using your credits before the end of each billing cycle.
Credit Expiration: Purchased credit packs may have an expiration date. Check your account dashboard for credit validity periods.
4How to Request
To request a refund or dispute a charge, follow these steps:
- Email us at hello@clickraft.ai with subject "Refund Request"
- Include your account email and transaction details
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Attach any relevant screenshots or documentation
We review all requests within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear.
Chargebacks: Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We're committed to resolving billing issues quickly. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.
